Founder & CEO: Solomon C. Shujaa
Solomon C. Shujaa brings a cross-functional background spanning U.S. Marine Corps operations and training, logistics, nonprofit leadership, entrepreneurship, education, program management, marketing, and innovation. He earned an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Family Enterprise and is completing doctoral research in Strategy & Innovation focused on digital capability development in U.S. Black family-owned businesses.
That combination shapes SSG’s approach: understand the system, clarify the problem, align stakeholders, build a practical roadmap, and execute with discipline.
